Windows Cannot Write To RBuilder.ini

When i was trying to run an old program which is Borland based, i got an error message that says Windows Cannot Write To RBuilder.ini. The problem fixed when i give it permission so the Borland can write to it. Here is how i fix it :
- First, login to windows by using administrator rights account;
- Head to C: partition and search for RBuilder in search tab;
- Right click on it, select properties;
- On the security tab, grant "users" permission by checking "Write" in allow checkbox.
- After that, click Ok
Now try to open your old program. It should be running.
