EFaktur Can't Proceed PDF
Some of the client tells me that they cannot save EFaktur to PDF. After discovering what is wrong, the cause was because of the new update program that applies to EFaktur, which is affecting any other configuration, especially digital certificate. So the problem solving is quiet simple, we just need to update the digital certificate to user's computer.
- Copy the database to the client so it could login using administrator account to make changes
- After logging in, enter Administrasi Sertifikat then reupload the digital certificate
- 3. Log out, and try to re-login using user password. Saving to PDF is now possible to do.
